Entrance As you face Meridian Court, Flat 2 is to the right. A gate leads down steps — the flat is to the left through a second gate. There is only one entrance.
Parking Free parking along Jevington Gardens. Overflow on Grange Road near the church. Fine to double park briefly whilst unloading — the road is wide.

Heating On a timer — thermostat in the hallway if you need to adjust
Nearest Shop Tesco Express within walking distance · Small shop opposite Favoloso Café around the corner
Train Station 10 min walk · Direct trains to Brighton & Lewes (~30 min)
Green Space Large green area accessible via a gate at the back of the flat. Torch on kitchen windowsill for evening use — note foxes roam the area!
Beach Short walk away. Dog friendly — dogs must be on leads past Bistrot Pierre heading towards the pier

Good to Know

  • Two lamps are on timers (by the TV and in the main bedroom) — please leave these switched on when you go out
  • Dishwasher is currently out of use — please handwash only. Washing liquid, spray, towels, cloths and sponges are all left on the side
  • Iron and foldaway ironing board in the corner cupboard by the sink
  • Hairdryer on top of the chest of drawers in the main bedroom
  • Hanging space and shelves available in the bedroom wardrobe
  • Long dog lead left in the kitchen for use on the green
  • Please lock the door when you leave and at night — there is only one entrance
  • Strictly no smoking inside the apartment at any time
  • Please be mindful of neighbours, especially after 10pm
  • Towels and bed linen are provided — please do not take them to the beach

When You Leave

  • Please turn off all main lights and kitchen appliances
  • Take the rubbish out — the black bin is at the top of the stairs on the road
  • No need to strip the beds
  • If you can pop used towels in the wash basket in the main bedroom, that would be great
  • Please lock up on your way out
