Set on the lower ground floor of Meridian Court, a handsome Victorian building on Jevington Gardens, this two-bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished throughout. The kitchen has been fitted with sage-green cabinetry and stone-effect worktops, and the living room retains its original fireplace alongside a teal feature wall.
The beach is around 500 metres away, and the Devonshire Park Theatre, Towner Gallery and town centre are all within easy walking distance. The South Downs are also accessible on foot, with Beachy Head reachable via a 20โ30 minute walk or short drive.

The chalk cliffs at Beachy Head stand at 162 metres โ the highest in Britain. On a clear day the French coastline is visible from the top, roughly 50 miles across the Channel.
Devonshire Park hosts an annual WTA grass court tournament in the run-up to Wimbledon. A number of top-ranked players have competed here over the years.
Much of central Eastbourne was planned and developed by the 7th Duke of Devonshire in the late 19th century, which explains the consistency of the wide streets and Victorian architecture throughout the town.
The Seven Sisters are one of the last undeveloped stretches of the English coastline. There is no road access to the cliff edge โ it can only be reached on foot, which has helped preserve its character.
Agatha Christie was a regular visitor to the East Sussex coast and is known to have drawn inspiration from the area. Several of her works reference the landscape and towns of this part of England.
